That’s why I’m here to inspire you with a fun way to pack lunches for your kids. Often, I buy a pound of Boar’s Head Ham to last our family Monday through Friday. To keep it interesting from day to day, I use my recipe for ham and cream cheese roll ups with three different flavorings.
By changing up the filling, each day’s lunch can be unique.
When it comes to deli meat, I trust Boar’s Head for quality products made of the finest ingredients. With such a variety of products that kids love, Boar’s Head makes school lunch easier for parents by offering nourishing products that make lunch-packing effortless.

You can use any of your favorite Boar’s Head Ham varieties for these ham and cream cheese roll up variations. The nice thing about this recipe is that you can get your kids involved with crafting lunch.
They can pick the filling of the day, whether it’s green onions, strawberry jam, or Boar’s Head Kosher Dill Pickle Spears. Did you know? Ham and cream cheese pinwheels with pickles or green onions are a classic Midwestern party food. Ham and cream cheese pinwheels with strawberry jam, on the other hand, are inspired by a Monte Cristo sandwich variation I had from a local Cuban restaurant.
Good recipes come from all over, and they taste even better when made with Boar’s Head products. Visit Back to School with Boar’s Head for school lunch inspiration.

One BIG tip. It spreads much easier if u pat the slice of ham dry with paper towel before spreading the cream cheese. I also use room temperature softened regular cream cheese
