Make ham and cream cheese roll ups three different ways: with pickles, with green onions, or with strawberry jam. Perfect for lunch or parties!
For each roll up, spread cream cheese on a slice of ham almost, but not quite, to the edges of the slice of ham.
Place one dill pickle spear aligned with one edge of the ham. Roll up the ham over the pickle spear and continue rolling until you have a tube of ham. You may slice the roll up into pinwheels if desired.
Place one green onion aligned with one edge of the ham. Roll up the ham over the green onion and continue rolling until you have a tube of ham. You may slice the roll up into pinwheels if desired.
Place one soldier of bread aligned with one edge of the ham. Roll up the ham over the bread and continue rolling until you have a tube of ham. Slice the roll up into pinwheels, then place a small dot of strawberry jam on top of each one.
