Dessert cocktails are marvelous (Blackberry Cobbler, anyone?), and candy bar cocktails simply take it to the next level.

I found this one in the new cookbook Keto Junk Food by Faith Gorsky and Lara Clevenger.

The amazing thing about it is that it’s candy-flavored yet free of sweeteners, making it both low-carb and keto.

That’s a running theme in Keto Junk Food: making food that looks like it’s naughty, when in fact it’s nice.

The cookbook includes a solid introduction to the keto diet and a handy guide to ingredients before you dive into the recipes, which include brunch, hot sandwiches, pizzas, Asian takeout, and Latin food.

Then there are three whole chapters that cover sweets: a chapter on baked goods, a chapter on ice cream, and a cocktail chapter.

That’s the chapter where you’ll find this Almond Joy-flavored cocktail.

All you need are vodka, coconut extract, chocolate extract, almond extract, and heavy whipping cream!

Chocolate Almond Coconut Martini

If you like Almond Joy candy bars, this will be your favorite new cocktail! Vodka has no carbs, so we went with that and used a variety of extracts to come up with the same flavor profile. Feel free to tweak the amount of each extract to suit your tastes.
