10ouncesminiature marshmallows
2cupsdry roasted peanuts
12ouncessemisweet chocolate chips
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
2tablespoonsunsalted butter
Instructions
Line a 9- X 13- X 2-inch baking pan with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the marshmallows and peanuts. Stir to mix together.
In the top of a double boiler, add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Bring water in the bottom of the boiler to a simmer and place the top boiler over it. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate and butter melts and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the chocolate over the marshmallows and peanuts. Stir to coat evenly. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly, pressing down as needed. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into 1 inch square pieces.
