Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil extra-virgin recommended
  • 1/3 cup well-stirred tahini
  • 1/3 cup water plus more if needed
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk regular, not light
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Dressing will be thick. Add more water a little at a time to desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 1 week.
