Devil’s Wing Sauce

Devil's Wing Sauce is buttery with a spicy kick. Serve it as a dipping sauce or toss it to coat chicken wings, tenders, or shrimp. Great for Halloween.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce Texas Pete recommended
  • 1 tablespoon chili pepper paste
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  1. Place ketchup, vinegar, lemon juce, hot sauce and chili pepper paste in a blender. Blend on high speed until combined.
  2. Reduce speed to low and slowly add butter. Increase speed to high and blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve with chicken wings, chicken tenders, or shrimp. You can either have it as a dipping sauce or pour it over and toss to coat.
