8soft taco shells
1poundpulled porkwarmed
1/2to 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1cupcoleslaw
3/4cupcooked corn kernels
1to 2 jalapeño pepperthinly sliced
Instructions
Place 2 ounces pulled pork on each taco shell. Drizzle barbecue sauce on pork.
Place 2 tablespoons coleslaw on top of pork. Sprinkle corn kernels and scatter jalapeño slices on top.
