Blender Bourbon Chocolate Pudding

Blender Bourbon Chocolate Pudding is a rich, creamy, and easy to make dessert with only 5 ingredients. Top with whipped cream to make it extra special.

  • 1 cup milk whole recommended
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream - optional topping
  • Chocolate chips or shavings - optional garnish


  1. Heat milk in a saucepan to 180°F. Pour milk into blender and add chocolate chips. Blend on high speed until combined and smooth.
  2. Add eggs, bourbon, and coffee. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl. Lay plastic wrap on top to prevent a skin from forming.
  4. Cool to room temperature then chill overnight. Stir just prior to serving.
  5. Serve topped with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate chips or shavings if desired.
