Roasted Potatoes with Onion and Bacon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut potatoes into small chunks (about 1-inch). Place potatoes and onions in a 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.

Drizzle bacon grease on top and toss to coat potatoes and onions.

Spread potatoes evenly in the baking dish.

Roast for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
