1/2cupmayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4cupolive oil or light oil
1/2cupchopped onion
1/4cupchopped celery
2garlic cloveschopped
2tablespoonswhole-grain mustard
3tablespoonsprepared yellow mustard
1/4cupchili sauce
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspooncayenne pepper
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a knife blade. Process for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Process for 20 to 30 seconds. Transfer to serving container. Serve immediately. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
