Brandied Triple Cheese Ball

This brandied triple cheese ball is made with blue cheese, cheddar, and cream cheese and flavored with brandy, onion, sriracha, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon chopped pecans divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese, brandy, onion, and sriracha sauce in a food processor fitted with a knife blade. Process until smooth and combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and 1 tablespoon pecans. Stir to combine and shape into a ball.
  3. Stir together remaining 1/2 cup pecans and parsley. Roll ball in pecans and parsley to coat the outside.
  4. Wrap ball with plastic wrap and chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Unwrap ball and serve with crackers.
