Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cashews
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder yellow or mild recommended
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Spread out cashews in a even layer on a 13- X 9-inch rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Warm cashews in the oven for 4 minutes.
  4. Combine butter, curry, onion, and garlic powders. Drizzle over warm cashews and toss to coat.
  5. Return cashews to the oven for 6 minutes.
  6. Cool cashews completely in the pan. Store in a air-tight container.
