Thai Peanut Sauce

Thai Peanut Sauce for a meat satay or kebab dip, to toss on noodles, or salad dressing. It's thick, rich, and full of Asian flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste or fresh minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red chile paste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except peanuts in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until combined.
  3. Serve topped with peanuts.
