If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican pico de gallo recipe, it doesn’t get much more authentic than this.  La Palomilla Bed and Breakfast in Mexico City shared this pico de gallo recipe with me.  Since they’re experts in cooking from scratch using locally-sourced Mexican ingredients, I think they’re a pretty reliable source for an authentic recipe.

Every day is a good day for salsa.  Top a Shredded Beef Flatbread or Breakfast Burritos, and serve alongside a pitcher of Horchata de Coco for a well-rounded Mexican meal.
