Finally, a dinner cookbook for the rest of us!

The I Love Dinner Cookbook

Never thought I’d say, “My fourth cookbook is now available,” and yet here I am!  This one has been a long time in the making.  It’s been bubbling on a back burner, if you will, while I worked on other projects.  I’m proud to welcome to the I Love Dinner Cookbook: Easy Dinner Recipes That Will Make You Love Dinner Again to our little cookbook family.

What It’s About

It took a while to get this cookbook done because I wanted to make sure every recipe was just as promised—each and every one a recipe you’d truly love.  If you look inside the cookbook, you’ll see that each one starts with, “Why You’ll Love It.”  I mean it.

What’s In It

The cookbook has sections for Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, and Vegetarian dishes, providing a little something for everyone and every mood.  You’ll find updated classic recipes alongside innovative new recipes.  There are sidebars to explain how to use certain ingredients (if you’ve read my cookbooks, you’ll recognize the “Know Your Ingredients” right away).

All the recipes are for main dishes, but I also included some side dish inspiration.  You get a handy guide to roasting vegetables, making baked potatoes, and lots of side salad ideas.

Every recipe is carefully written to be clear and easy to understand.  Instructions are broken down step by step, as if someone were standing right there with you in the kitchen.

I hope you enjoy using the cookbook as much as I enjoyed making it.  Get the I Love Dinner Cookbook today!

I am always looking for new vegetarian ideas so I have to see if this cookbook has a vegan section. It seems like a useful cookbook and I need a new one.
